Free Educational Conference Call Series for California Ombudsman Staff and Representatives (Volunteers),

and Long Term Care Consumers:

Restraint Free Care is the Standard!

Six one-hour conference calls were offered at no charge to equip California Ombudsmen to better understand restraint elimination. This was an exellent opportunity to talk with national experts about physical restraints, and their impact on quality of care and quality of life.
